A little info about how we are making this ride happen:
1. Camping out during the week and moteling on the weekends to go to church.
(Occasionally have to motel it other than weekends because of lack of campgrounds along the route.)
2, We eat Oatmeal cooked over our tiny little MSR unit and add canned fruit, etc. (I discovered that OJ is really awesome on oatmeal with bananas!-no milk of course)
3. PB&J with fruit everyday for lunch and wow! It really tastes awesome on a bike ride!
4. Dinner is something from the grocery store heated up i.e.a can of chili or stew., crackers and fruit.
We are keeping expenses for the ride under $50/day. (Some days waaay under)

We won't count that expense because it would have been needed ride or no ride.
