PRIVATE VS PUBLIC SCHOOLS

I've been thinking about something that Bobby True said when he was driving us to Helena AR. He was telling us that his wife taught 3rd grade at the county school. He explained that most of the white children (in Clarksdale,) go to private schools and that 95% of the students in the county schools are black. Interesting.
