A: Because we can!

Q: Are you raising funds for a cause?
A: No, but we should do that next time!

Q: You mean motorcycles, don't you?
A: no, peddle bicycles.

Q: How many miles do you go in a day?
A: About 40 to 50 depending on the weather, the hills and the available accomodations.

Q: Do you camp out or stay in motels?
A: Yes

Q: Where are y'all from? Y'all have an accent.
A: Oregon and no, you're the one with the accent.

Q: How much weight are you carrying?
A: About 50 lbs each

Q: Where are you from?
A: When we answered Oregon the eyes got really big. Then we would answer we are riding from Baton Rouge, LA. and the eyes were still big!

Q: Where are you going?
A: Milwaukee, WI and their response depended on how many miles we had left.

Q: How long is it going to take you?
A: six to seven weeks

Q: This may be in poor taste, but what do you do for bathrooms on the ride?
A: Bushes

Q: The scarf you wear around your neck is really cute. Is it a fashion statement?
A: (this may be in poor taste but...) But no, I use it to blow my nose.

Q: Where do you get the money for this trip?
A: We rob banks along the way.
