Went to church with the saints in Pine Rose, Texas just seven miles up the road. This ward was not included in the results of Rusty's computer search but was in the local phonebook. Scott checked map quest for us to locate the building since no one we talk to knew where it was. We called early Sunday morning and arranged for a ride. Seven miles isn't a long ride and we would have done it if it was our only options. A very special woman named Alice came by to pick us up and we were so delighted to have this opportunity to meet her.
We believe that the Lord places in our lives people who we can learn from and be enriched by. Alice is one of those special people.
