We've decided to end our ride in St. Francisville. LA. This has been a fabulous two month adventure and we're ready to do something else like landscape our yard, walk on the beach and sleep in our own bed.
Probably the biggest factor is that we feel like "we've been there and done that!" To be honest it would be hard to top some of the experiences we've had together.
Interesting how it seems a let down now that we've seen all the Arizona and Texas kids and we don't want to wait five weeks to get hugs from the Wisconsin grandchildren. We've decided to fly out of Baton Rouge May 13 to Wisconsin and stay a few days with the Taylors and be home by the 17th.
One of us is having a little problem dealing with the decision and the other one is giddy. Guess which is which!
One thing for sure is that we're going to be boring people for a long time to come as we talk about our adventures on our bike odyssey!

I think you guys are amazing! When I'm your age I want to be doing something amazing too (just don't know what that is yet. I'm pretty sure it won't be bike riding though).

We are excited to see you!!! But, the kids may bar the door and not let you leave.
I'm on the side of whoever is having the problem about stopping. WAHHHHH now I can't use your house for memorial day.
